Théâtre Dromesko

The operation of the group was inaugurated with the creation of "La Volière Dromesko" [The Dromesko Aviary] in 1990, the show to which Igor Magelli [the group artistic director] and his wife Lilly invited many artists from all over the world, two hundred and forty birds, as well as horses and other animals. The show, staged for more than three years, was a success not only in France, but also in other European countries.

In 1995 the artists from the Dromesko Theatre-Cabaret put on the second performance, "La Baraque, cantine musicale" [Barrack, the Musical Canteen] which was a mixture of theatre and Gypsy music, dance and singing; the spectacle also incorporated the Forman brothers' puppets and involved the participation of the spectators who were offered soup in keeping with the role of a true canteen. Since 1998 the theatre is based in "La Ferme du Haut Bois", Saint Jacques de la Lande, Brittany, France.

In 2000, together with the Forman Brothers' Theatre from Czech Republic, the company organised the performance on the barge, presented within the "Prague 2000" project. Two years later they created the school project "Regards Premiers" [First Glances], the series of four spectacles concerning four national museums [ocean, archeology, folk art and architecture].
